Making a real difference to the communities surrounding our projects
We feel a strong commitment to social sustainability and making a real difference to the communities surrounding our projects.
We measure the impact of our work and collaborate with our supply chain to address UK-wide challenges, such as skills shortages and climate change, while contributing positively to the areas where we operate.
Our approach to project delivery prioritises social sustainability by creating employment opportunities, supporting local businesses, and developing greener communities. Our Social Value Strategy joins clients, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring our projects act as a catalyst for building a lasting positive legacy.
In our mission to transform lives and build better futures, we have committed to delivering £3 billion in social value by 2030 and positively impacting 500,000 people by 2040.
